The CrossFit motto is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. This is our training philosophy.

Our goal is to get people fit – physically, mentally, and functionally. Our program incorporates body weight movements, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, running, sprinting, kettlebell training, and much more! We build upon and strengthen the ten domains of fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, speed, and power.

Compass Program

Included in our full membership option.  You will have the opportunity to meet with one of our coaches one-on-one every three months.  These meetings will include your goals, how CrossFit West Des Moines can get you there, and a mindset goal.  Our coaches will guide you to establish goals, refine them, and achieve them!  You will be provided with a personalized write up with additional documents on how to help you achieve your goals!

Personal Training

Our Personal Training sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals.

Sign up for our personal training sessions where one of our coaches will work with you to help define your goals and reach them. Each 1 hour session is designed just for you with your goals in mind to get the most out of the entire 60 minutes.

Olympic Lifting Sessions

CrossFit West Des Moines Olympic Weightlifting sessions aim to improve the olympic lifts.

These sessions are for anyone ranging from introductory level, to more advanced cycles, prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Our Olympic Weightlifting sessions are great whether you are looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength, or wanting to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.
