What is something people don’t know about you? I worked on a dude ranch in Colorado, climbed mountains and rode horses on my days off
How long have you been doing CrossFit? How long at CFWDM? I began CrossFit in July 2017 using a two month groupon. I loved the variety and community in the workouts and moved to CFWDM in December 2017.
What class do you usually attend? 9:30am, noon, 4:30pm, 6:30pm, depends on my schedule
What is your favorite lift? Deadlift
What is your favorite move? Lunges
What is your favorite workout? Any scaled workout that includes lunges and rowing
Why did you start CrossFit? To be consistent in exercising and to build muscle
What keeps you coming back? I feel better when I do CrossFit, besides it is fun!
What did you do for fitness before CrossFit? Worked out at home, attended group exercise classes at other gyms.
What do you like to do outside of CrossFit? Faith, family, friends.
What is your favorite song(s) to workout to? Upbeat oldies
What is your favorite cheat/meal snack? Chocolate Cream Pie (keto style)
What is your favorite healthy/meal snack?Avocado anything
What is the most difficult workout you’ve attempted?Any workout with overhead squats and lots of running.
How has CrossFit WDM helped you keep on top of your health and wellness goals? I love the encouragement and teaching of the Coaches and Athletes. It keeps me coming back which keeps me improving in my health
