How does CrossFit influence your life? It’s my passion that pushes me physically and mentally while also being a great source of healthcare.

What is your favorite lift? Squat snatch.

Why did you start CrossFit? I watched a documentary on Netflix called fittest on earth.
What keeps you coming back? The results.
What did you do for fitness before CrossFit? I use to play sportsball!

What is your favorite cheat/meal snack? Ice cream.
What is your favorite healthy/meal snack? Frozen oatmeal and protein powder.
What is the most difficult workout you’ve attempted? The ones where my ego get in the way.
