Everyday he comes in – he gives it his all and when he is done after a hard WOD he never hesitates to support and cheer for those who are still finishing the workout. What is something people don’t know about you? I can ride a unicycle
How does CrossFit influence your life? It’s helped me stay fit and do just about anything I want to do during a time in life when most people my age are slowing down.
How long have you been doing CrossFit? How long at CFWDM?Coming up 2.5 years total and with CFWDSM nearly 2 years
What class do you usually attend? 4:30pm
What is your favorite lift? Bench
What is your favorite move? Dip
What is your favorite workout? Anything that does not include burpees. Hahaha
Why did you start CrossFit? My Sally wanted to try and I started with her. It’s a great couple thing to do.
What keeps you coming back? The workouts, The coaches, The family
What did you do for fitness before CrossFit? For years lifted at Anytime fitness
What do you like to do outside of CrossFit? Spend time with family and friends. I’m an avid hunter and fisherman
What is your favorite song(s) to workout to? Oldies 70s and 80
What is your favorite cheat/meal snack? Sally’s chocolate chip cookies
What is your favorite healthy/meal snack? Steak
What is the most difficult workout you’ve attempted? I don’t know the name but we ran 800 meters a few times between working out
How has CrossFit WDM helped you keep on top of your health and wellness goals? It offers muscle confusion and thus keeps me in all around shape.
