Determine if CrossFit is a program suitable to what you are looking for. We'll schedule an Introduction with you to see if your goals align with our programs.


Before joining as a member you will begin with 3 one-on-one sessions with one of our Certified Coaches. These fundamental sessions are designed to prepare you for a successful transition to our CrossFit group classes.

Go Time!

Take advantage of a 1 week trial period once you graduate Fundamentals. Then determine which membership package makes most sense for you.
