New to CrossFit? Heck, new to Fitness? With no previous experience you can learn higher standards of movement patterns from day one. Your safety is MOST important to us, Fundamentals is short Personal Training Program to kick-start your experience with daily assessments and workouts to onboard you into our CrossFit classes!

These are scheduled around your availability, not a determined class time. You’ll be guided 1-on-1 throughout these sessions.These are designed to introduce and teach the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit. Each day you will cover a topic of discussion, learn new movements, and also get a great workout to demonstrate your current abilities! Remember, every workout is YOUR workout.


A strength and conditioning program like no other. The CrossFit motto is constantly varied functional movements performed at relative intensity. This is our training philosophy. The program is designed to be applicable to all levels of fitness after going through our Fundamentals Classes!

Every class is led by a CrossFit Trainer to guide you and obsessively teach you proper form and technique. Our goal is to get people fit – physically, mentally, and functionally. Our program includes weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular movements. We build upon and strengthen the ten domains of fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, speed, and power.

Personal Training

Our Personal Training sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals. Through this you will get access to private sessions with a Coach to pin-point your goals and improve your weaknesses with instant feedback. This package also includes Free Nutritional Guidance. You will be provided with a nutrition plan that will optimize your results and your performance in and out of the gym.
