CrossFit

A strength and conditioning program like no other. The CrossFit motto is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. This is our training philosophy.

Our goal is to get people fit – physically, mentally, and functionally. Our program incorporates weightlifting, gymnastics, and monostructural movements (like running and rowing). We build upon and strengthen the ten domains of fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, speed, and power.

Every class is led by a CrossFit Trainer. We are here to guide you through your warm-up, workout, and cool-down. Teaching proper form, enhancing your technique, and watching you grow your inner athlete – Every. Single. Day. It is our passion.

Fundamentals

Your safety is most important to us. Whether you have no exercise history or have been an athlete your whole life – This is a perfect way to introduce you to CrossFit. You will quickly understand that CrossFit classes are led by coaches who are prepared to modify workouts to suit your level of fitness. We call this “Scaling” and we do this all of the time to make sure all athletes progress at their own rate.

There are 3 Fundamentals classes which occur every other week or utilize a coach for 1-on-1 sessions on your schedule. These are designed to introduce and teach the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit. Each day you will cover a topic of discussion, learn new movements, and also get a great workout to demonstrate your current abilities! Remember, every workout is YOUR workout.

Concealed Strength

Intended for intermediate to advanced athletes looking to move heavier loads in the Deadlift, Squat, and Press. More explosively and more efficiently. We use a Conjugate Methods based program to deliver extraordinary results regarding strength. Whether you want to improve your Diane time (21-15-9 Deadlifts + Handstand Push-ups), hit a new PR on your Front Squat, or strengthen your posterior chain for longevity; this program could be what you’ve been looking for.

We think this compliments CrossFit classes best, but anybody can train Concealed by clicking HERE to schedule a Consultation. This includes two class sessions with coach Kris per week (Wed. & Thur. 5:30 p.m.) and one additional day of programming.

Personal Training

Our Personal Training sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals. Through this you will get access to private sessions with a Coach to pin-point your goals and improve your weaknesses with instant feedback. This package also includes Free Nutritional Guidance. You will be provided with a nutrition plan that will optimize your results and your performance in and out of the gym.
