What is something people don’t know about you? I have 7 have brothers and sisters!
How does CrossFit influence your life? Keeps me in shape and constantly moving. Also helps me get away from work at the end of the day!
How long have you been doing CrossFit? How long at CFWDM? 6 years total. 3 at CFWDM
What class do you usually attend? I usually attend 4:30.
What is your favorite move? Hmmm? Are hand stand push ups a move
What is your favorite lift? I really like dead lifts.

Why did you start CrossFit?A friend of mines brother started a gym in Ankeny and he asked me to join him and check it out
What keeps you coming back? The people! It’s basically my happy hour and one hour out of the day I don’t have to manage anybody. It’s amazing.
What did you do for fitness before CrossFit? I played college football!
What do you like to do outside of CrossFit? I love boating, snow boarding, off roading, riding motorcycles cross and traveling!
What is your favorite song(s) to workout to? Ghetto rap music ; )
What is your favorite cheat/meal snack? I pretty much cheat every day! I’d have to say vanilla malts
What is the most difficult workout you’ve attempted? Probably running a half marathon a few years ago.
How has CrossFit WDM helped you keep on top of your health and wellness goals? It keeps me moving and from going home and being a bum at the end of the day.
